My new adjuster said this place was taking ke for granted with the extra add on when it was policy renewal time. So always get a quote else where when its policy renewal time. We took the time to get quotes from other insurance agencies and found options that were over $100 a month cheaper for the same coverage. What’s most frustrating is that this office didn’t even attempt to help us find a lower premium or offer any alternatives during renewal after 6 months. So evrey 6 months make sure your getting the best price because Allstate won't tell you anything and make it seem like its normal to pay the price there offering when others are offering lower monthly premiums. Always get a secoind quote elsewhere evrey 6 months. Because of this, we are definitely switching insurance companies. Allstate is clearly price gouging their customers, and we won’t be staying and no longer will keep out home owner insurance with them as well.
