    Allstate corporate is over priced, but this office has handled my frustrations and found a way to keep me with allstate at a fair price. They did a lot of work on my behalf that most wouldn't do, switching to an agent has proved to be a much better route and I have great coverage for a better price than corporate offered me.

    Alfonso Alvarado is the worst we’ve had. He was cool until it was time to cancel all he said was ok and hung up the phone. After not feeling good about it I called a 1800 number for allstate and they said that should have happened it look like nothing was done to the account and the new rep said they’re suppose to send an email to verify the cancelation. And he refused to cancel it after me not telling him the new company or rate I got. After talking with other employees in the area they said he isn’t a good agent and had several complaint against him. Just stay away from Alfonso.
