  I am not sure who is reviewing Mr. Kennedy but I can tell you first hand he is completely worthless as an Insurance agent. My home got flooded and after speaking to Mr. Kennedy I thought he would possible help us with the claim as our insurance agent. NO, he actually worked against us! He made everything from phone calls to emails 1000 times more difficult than they have to be and he rarely returns calls. It is sad that someone who even lives in the same community as you can just blow you off as a customer. Bottom line, if you have to work with Allstate, stay away from this guy like the plague.

  I have been a client of Joe Kennedy for several years. I previously had a different agent, but when she left Allstate, I reached out to Joe and asked him to take over my policies. I always get great service from Joe and Amanda and I love to pop in when I'm in the area to catch up. Joe represents Allstate well and I know I can depend on them to ensure I have the proper coverage at the best price. I had a neighbor who had a devastating home fire and that made me consider if I was adequately covered with the increase in costs for labor and materials and also ensure that other concerns were addressed. My overall costs went up slightly, but I am confident that I have the proper coverage for my exposures.
