- DFDannette FloresOct 15, 20241.0This agency was forced on me by allstate because my agent is no longer with Allstate. I called the allstate 800 number to change agents and was transferred to this offce. The person at this office procceded to tell me that they were guaranteed a certain value of policies for 1 year when I asked about transferring. This made me so mad because I DONT CARE! I Dialed the 800 number from a phone number that is blocked to get actual customer service. It was easier than dealing with this agent. Allstate wouldn't transfer my three policies to an agent of my choice so I switched to Liberty Mutual. Liberty Liberty liberty
