When I called a third time to follow up and explained that no one had responded, I was simply told, “Sorry, I know that’s frustrating.” No effort was made to connect me with someone who could help, nor was there any sense of concern or accountability. Instead, there seemed to be no issue with letting me cancel my policy. This experience reflects a serious lack of care for long-term customers.
