  I have been a client of Joe Kennedy for several years. I previously had a different agent, but when she left Allstate, I reached out to Joe and asked him to take over my policies. I always get great service from Joe and Amanda and I love to pop in when I'm in the area to catch up. Joe represents Allstate well and I know I can depend on them to ensure I have the proper coverage at the best price. I had a neighbor who had a devastating home fire and that made me consider if I was adequately covered with the increase in costs for labor and materials and also ensure that other concerns were addressed. My overall costs went up slightly, but I am confident that I have the proper coverage for my exposures.

  I am extremely disappointed with this agency’s level of service. I have been a loyal customer for two years and recently reached out twice requesting a review of my policy, yet never received a callback. When I called a third time to follow up and explained that no one had responded, I was simply told, “Sorry, I know that’s frustrating.” No effort was made to connect me with someone who could help, nor was there any sense of concern or accountability. Instead, there seemed to be no issue with letting me cancel my policy. This experience reflects a serious lack of care for long-term customers.
