I've had nothing but problems for the last 6 months since I've had allstate, I initially told my agent I would need insurance that protected me because I'm a target for other cars, she reassured me that she would make sure that I'm taking care of numerous times, I didn't think anything of it after the fact. That was my first problem trusting a stranger to know what I need. My second problem was I tried to pay my premium in full, it didn't get pulled until almost five days later to which the money was insufficient causing me to have an NSF fee. Super irritating. I just checked my email to see that my billing documents ready, but it's also $70 more than it was last month which I don't know why, but don't try reaching out to this location because they won't even answer their phone they're recording will say their closed even if it's during business hours.
