- RRRosa ReyesMar 1, 20221.0In regards to Breeanna Martinez, 0 stars if possible!! So I was in an accident that was clearly not my fault and given the lady's insurance to take care of the damage. I can't get any real answers from Breeanna even after they claimed liability over the accident. I was also told that I could MAYBE' qualify for a rental even though that's completely something they owe to me. I was trying to explain that, in order to get the estimate I would have to leave my vehicle at the body shop and would need a rental vehicle. I however was hushed by the insurance agent who gave answers as quick and in a hurry as possible. I then contacted another agent about the incident and they handled most of the complications with the body shop instead of trying to rush everything. Name is not the same as claim, but feel free to contact me and I will gladly speak on the horrible customer service
