  Nicole and her team are completely unprofessional and shows major incompetence. I was a steady customer, always paid on time with no issues whatsoever. I switch bank accounts and notify them that I changed my account so the billing should come from the new account. This was not done unbeknownst to me and after several promises were made. I made at least four attempts to have the team use my new account information to pay the bill and it was never done. Let me be clear, four attempts to pay my bill and it was never done. Next thing I know, I have an account in collections because they never switched over my account information, but somehow were able to send my stuff to collections. Fortunately I was able to repair my credit quickly, but I wanted compensation for the amount I paid and for the team to make it right. I’ve been told Nicole herself would contact me and it’s been over a year since this happened and nothing. I find it hard to believe that a for profit organization somehow has system that can’t manually bill bank accounts at any point. Empty promises, incompetence, unprofessional, and the prices were outrageous as well. Not to mention I was being charged for roadside assistance but was actually never enrolled. Yes, they paid the difference when I found out but something I shouldn’t have to worry about to begin with. Highly suggest everyone avoid this team at all costs. There are other brokers that can find better coverage at cheaper rates, with superior customer experience. I found one that is charging $120 less per month! Here’s an update. They replied and said they made multiple attempts to make the payment and could not reach me. What they failed to mention is that I myself called in multiple times with the new account number to pay. One was prior to their deadline, and several times after. So now they will only share snippets of the story and not the whole thing. Transparency is non-existent here
