  Extremely impressed with the aftermath of the hit and run accident on my Mazda. Crash autobody was wonderful with staying in touch with us during the repair process, finished ahead of schedule and.... detailed the car inside and out. As soon as we provided receipts for the rental car we were reimbursed. Way to go, Rebecca Niessink

  I received an unsolicited quote on my home insurance which had the correct address and placement on Google Maps. The quote was $2,326.00. I contacted the Rebecca Niessink Allstate Agency to confirm and submit a formal quote. They did and submitted $7,779.00 for the same home, same address, same location. They are a bait and switch company [fraud] stay away from them as fast as possible. 1 star because I could not go lower.

  Angela is amazing! She’s so friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond. When I was closing on my new home, she reached out just to keep me updated and make sure everything with my insurance was on track — such a thoughtful gesture that gave me peace of mind. She also noticed that my old name was still on one of my out-of-state policies and even contacted that office to update it for me. And when I asked about a discount for my home alarm system, she explained the process and forwarded my info right away. Angela really pays attention to the details and takes care of her clients. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely cares!
