  I came searching for help from Leigh after getting a HUGE increase on my home ins. policy from a major provider and I was NOT disappointed. She saved me money! BUT, more importantly, her company is going to bat for me where I was hit by a Blacked Out driver who totaled my SUV. His company wanted to pay half the value of my car engaging in deceit and trickery, but Farm Bureau is taking over the claim and they are expecting a better outcome. I very highly recommend Leigh, because I've met the most outstanding group of professionals at Farm Bureau!!!!!

  I paid with my credit card and signed one of the machines that you can use your fingers not knowing that I had signed letting them keep my credit card on file to automatically renew for the next year. Please don't ever sign one of these automated electronic signatures unless you can read what you are signing. This method of using your signature and keeping it on file is wrong. I have found a cheaper policy with $100k more coverage. Not a good agent I would definitely not recommend this agency for any insurance needs.

  This review is long overdue, but needs to be done. I have been working with Leigh Schmidbauer for awhile now and have had to make several changes with my policies over time and she is an absolute rockstar of an agent! I hope we continue to have a great relationship for many years to come. She is hard working and gets things done quickly. If you’re needing a new agent, give her a shot!
