  Mrs. Tifiany Fuller was beyond amazing! Hands down the best agent I’ve ever had. She made me feel like I had already known her. Walked me through everything that I needed and was very reassuring. And also congratulated me on my new car. She’s a pure angel 😇

  It was terrible! A deer hit me and I filed a report and a claim only to find out the policy was canceled 2 days prior! That’s what I don’t get if it was canceled at the time the report was made then why didn’t the agent or the police officer tell me that? So now I’m stuck paying $400 to have my jeep fixed. This is a total let down and I won’t recommend Direct to anyone
