  Honestly, this is got to be one of the better direct around. I went to the one on Broadway. It was ok sometimes I go by there and they are closed This is the one (inside Walmart) I usually deal with all the time due to the fact that they’re open when I get off work but the other day I did not go to this one I went to the one in Memphis on Union Avenue needless to say they messed up pretty bad I came back to this one and talked to them a day later cause something didn’t seem right come to find out the lady messed up my insurance. I still did not have insurance because the one on union messed up Miss Michelle, who takes great care of me said Mary you still owe 30 or $35 and I said OK she said unfortunately I had to go back to union because I paid them cash well anyway I went back to union and let them know and the woman on union was extremely rude send (I still had no insurance even though I paid almost $300 dollars) I called Michelle back and I’ve got to say thank you thank you again. Michelle ended up handling the situation and getting me reinstated👍🏼. She is a great employee, and I will make sure to pay all my bills with her from now

  Michelle Keogh at the west memphis office inside of Walmart was great and very knowledgeable about what Direct has to offer.
