Lack of communication, moves offices without informing the clients, her quotes are crazy high. there is way cheaper that I found and happy to use. I can keep going but have other things to do. Don’t work with you on anything to assist or help. Customer service is also super rude and changes all the time. After renewing my policy, never had a claim. This is just for money. TERRIBLE AGENT and INSURANCE
