  I'm torn on how many stars to give. They just gave me excellent customer service on renewing my annual coverage and going over detail by detail and caring about what we individually care about and I thought they had the best coverage to price ratio when I was shopping after we moved and had to get new insurance. They have a lot of discounts and options. So I do recommend them. On other hand, we currently have a home claim for hail damage and at first they covered everything needed and was great and quick but the last thing is siding on an older house that they don't make that type of siding material anymore so anything bought to replace small area of damage will not fit together right and will cause underneath leaking which will damage main structure. They refuse to cover a wider area so no future damage would happen. Still appealing this through contractor. We can't afford to cover this by cash right now. We are having multiple severe medical crises.

  I have been with another insurance company for years. This past year, because of the hail storm we had to make a claim on ourhouse and one car. Immediately they dropped comp on two of our cars. Then they text us and said our insurance was going down by 40%. Two days later, we get mail from them and, of course it is dropping, because they are now dropping the comp on two more of our vehicles. Two of the vehicles never had a claim against them. I was looking for new insurance and it was becoming a nightmare. Someone recommended Heather Wallace to me. I contacted her and she worked up quotes and called me. I found out we were extremely under insured on our house and cars. Even with much better coverage on our house, cars, full coverage insurance on both motorcycles (one of which other insurance companies wouldn’t approve full coverage on with no explanation) and lower deductibles, she saved us $100 a month! If you need insurance, please reach out to her and let her give you a quote. I was even more impressed when she helped me cancel my other policies which is one thing I had been dreading. This may have been one of the easiest insurance changes I have ever made. I was dreading it so badly that I had put it off until I no longer could and she made it a pleasant experience.
