- GJGlen JohnsonJun 3, 20201.0We have been denied claims on our roof twice over the last 2 years on the flimsiest of excuses. We received the runaround in even reaching our adjuster. They did not contact me until after I have to repeatedly call and email them. Now we are having to pay for a much needed new roof out of our own pocket because All State refuses to do anything but nickel and dime us initially. Now they say it is old damage. It wasn’t old damage at first, it was labeled insufficient to meet our deductible. Your are NOT in good hands with All State!! Our home is only about 900 square feet. Yet, they refuse to giver us. We will be changing over to State Farm for Home and both vehicles this week!!!!!
