  I’ve been with this insurance company for two years, and this is my first time ever needing to file a claim. It’s now been almost two weeks, and I haven’t received any clear communication or guidance on how to get my vehicle repaired. The other driver was at fault, so I expected the process to be more straightforward. It’s extremely frustrating to be left without updates, especially when you rely on your vehicle daily. I’ve had to follow up myself just to try to get basic information. Customer service and communication during a claim are just as important as the coverage itself, and so far this experience has been disappointing.

  I was very pleased and impressed by the professionalism of the Agent, Larrydan Doyle. I was encouraged to ask questions if I didn't understand things. My questions were answered ,and everything explained to my satisfaction.Larrydan took the time to explain deductibles ,which I did not understand. I am Very pleased with the kind and professional help I needed.

  Offered a gift card with a free quote still don't have a card. They are huge scammers, I worked in the collision repair industry and they are the worst insurance company, they don't want replacement parts from reputable companies they want super cheap parts that fail before you get out the door
