  Ok so I know it's been said before but this man right here Joel zammit deserves a raise you know I mean better yet just making him manager of the whole system I've never seen nobody my whole entire life that has ever been in any kind of customer service that has been so kind just the dude was chuckling we had a good time he got me a good quote it's quick easy informative I think out of all the customer service I've had my whole entire life this guy right here nailed it better than anybody else I think if nothing else a man should be moved into human resources with his manners I think he would make the whole customer service system for the Auto direct Auto insurance I mean I think he would really up the game
