  We all know that insurance is expensive. As usual, my insurance expenses increased significantly this year with Allstate. The silver lining is Alanna Miller. She spent much time on the phone with me to explain why my premiums increased and pointed out the my coverage was better than most. If you are searching for a new insurance company, don't hesitate to call Alanna.

  This business has been nothing but a problem since we first interacted. We were trying to buy a home, and the transaction ended up falling through. We were forced to pay for an earthquake policy on the house we were trying to buy before we even had a closing date, when all we wanted was homeowners insurance. When the transaction fell through, we were promised a refund. I followed up after a week, and they told me my refun had been processed and I'd see it in a few days. I checked back again after a few days, and I was told it had been processed and would show up by the end of the week. Well, here we are over a month later, and they are saying that the company they use for earthquake policies doesn't offer refunds all of a sudden. So, now I have to somehow prove that I didn't buy the house or I lose my money to insure a house I don't own with a policy I never wanted in the first place.

  Stephanie Rossini and Amanda Lovell have ALWAYS been amazing and so very helpful! Very patient and explain everything very thoroughly! We have a ton of insurance through them including homeowners insurance and insurance on all of our vehicles! They also got my husband the BEST rate for his Pool business! So thank you ladies for everything!
