We’re long-time State Farm clients whose agent just retired. We were transferred to Whitney Owen’s agency and were stewarded by her customer relations rep Paul Timmer. Paul reached out a few days after we were notified of the agent change and set up a meeting with us. He reviewed our insurance coverages with us and answered questions. We learned a few things we weren’t aware of and he provided context around each item. Paul represented Whitney’s agency very well and left us feeling confident that we have a strong team behind us. We appreciate the great service.
