I had a great experience getting started! I bought a new car on a Saturday night, so I had to get an insurance quote online. I started my quote Sunday morning, found the insurance that best suited me and my needs at a great price. Unfortunately, the system wouldn't let me start the insurance until the following Tuesday. I went ahead with that and signed up. After doing so, I sent a text to the agent letting them know the issue and that I needed it effective immediately. They promptly replied and assured me they'd get it resolved, and they did! All in all, a great experience.
