  I purchased a policy with Progressive before I went in for 2 knee surgeries. It was all cut and dry...gave money down, even made first payment. While in the hospital, Progressive sent an email requesting the truck registration, pictures of truck...and if all things...my property deed showing ownership of home.....??? I didn't get this email timely and was canceled-- no help...no consideration....no reversal. Yet? I was invited to turn around and RE-purchase a new policy from Progressive.......no thanks. Joan at Victoria Paynes Allstate is excellent. I got what I needed quick and painlessly....and then was able to go back and ADD stipulations to meet my budget. In the end ? Joan got me more for less. I was at the office at 3pm....and was home walking my dog by 445pm. Thanks Joan !! If you need auto insurance? This is your local spot !!
