  Forty years I have had homeowners and car insurance and always wondered how well the company would handle a claim. NOW I KNOW. I could not believe the response to my claim. My rental home burned down and I am amazed at the prompt service of Allstate. The attention to detail, the professionalism, follow up, courtesy. Allstate went out of their way to take care of our claim. I want to thank the Tina Moore Agency, Tyler Hill my hero, Valina Enslen and Paul Keene. Many people were great but these 3 were such a blessing for my family, I thank them all.
