  I have been a Direct Auto customer frequently over the past decade and the customer service I received from Christian Cottrell was top notch. He was courteous, patient, and was able to restore my trust in speaking with an actual person in order to address an issue. I didn't feel judged or reprimanded after our conversation, and I must say it is a refreshing feeling to have that absent from a conversation with an agent. I come from an era when our insurance man came to our house to visit, and even stayed for dinner with us. A call that I dreaded making, ended with a sincere 'thank you'. Thank you Mr. Cottrell!
