By far the best insurance agents I’ve ever had any experience with. Not only are they kind, helpful and friendly - but recently I had to navigate filing a claim with another individual’s insurer and it was proving to be unusually complicated. I called State Farm, mostly just for guidance and advice, and Sean took it upon himself to make several calls and actually was able to conference-call me in, so that we were able to begin filing the claim. He answered questions, was extremely supportive and effective. He even ended up staying at the office at least 20 minutes after closing time to finish the conversation and to answer any questions I had. Again, BY FAR the best experience, as a whole, that I’ve ever had with an insurance company and I am grateful for each person at the office. 10/10; highly recommend!
