  My poor review is not a reflection on my local agent but a reflection of my feeling on the way Allstate as a company does business. It took 5 months to get my vehicle repaired after a very minor accident, because they refused to evaluate my vehicle properly. Everyone knows that NADA is the leading source of vehicle evaluations, yet Allstate refused to even consider NADA value. I was made to hire an independent appraiser at my expense and negotiate with their independent appraiser in order to finalize my claim. Allstate looked for any way they could to NOT pay my claim. I do not recommend Allstate as any insurance source.

  At first I was a little leery about changing my agent over to one here in Jonesboro, but when more than 50% of my time was being spent in Jonesboro I knew it was time…from day one I was welcomed in with warm genuine smiles and agents and staff that are well knowledgeable in the field. That was a huge breath of fresh air! Especially in times like they currently are…fast forward to a couple months ago I had to add a vehicle and had some major problems (not with my agent but with the 800 corporate customer service representative) my policy was left open and was then canceled and a whole array of things to follow…I brought this to my agents attention after finding out a month and a half went by and I wasn’t “insured” when I brought it to her attention it was same day she had me back on the right track (still sorting out issues) but we are on the way to hopefully being back as things were…anytime I call there is someone to answer and that says a lot compared to most agencies where your lucky if the phone gets answered. Definitely recommend them as your agent if ever you decide to switch agents or start new insurance

  Excellent service! It’s great to be able to reach an agent with questions or additions to policies in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Great crew!

  I left Farmers insurance and went over to Allstate, Russell and Lea Hunter have been so awesome to have as my insurance agents. When I got married Lea made it so easy combining our insurance. We have great rates great coverage. I am so glad I have them as my insurance agents and have Allstate as my insurance.
