- CYChristopher YoungDec 19, 20255.0At first I was a little leery about changing my agent over to one here in Jonesboro, but when more than 50% of my time was being spent in Jonesboro I knew it was time…from day one I was welcomed in with warm genuine smiles and agents and staff that are well knowledgeable in the field. That was a huge breath of fresh air! Especially in times like they currently are…fast forward to a couple months ago I had to add a vehicle and had some major problems (not with my agent but with the 800 corporate customer service representative) my policy was left open and was then canceled and a whole array of things to follow…I brought this to my agents attention after finding out a month and a half went by and I wasn’t “insured” when I brought it to her attention it was same day she had me back on the right track (still sorting out issues) but we are on the way to hopefully being back as things were…anytime I call there is someone to answer and that says a lot compared to most agencies where your lucky if the phone gets answered. Definitely recommend them as your agent if ever you decide to switch agents or start new insurance
