  Do not use these guys! Eric entered the wrong address for our policy and my payment was applied to an address in Rogers instead of our new home in Pea Ridge. Then Angi whom said she would help resolve the issue never returned my phone call. So, my Home owners policy was suspended for no payment without me realizing it.

  We had a great experience and huge savings working with Dean. We got a letter from our current home and car insurers with wild price increases, that's been going on for years now, we called Dean and within 19min had 2k in savings and same day midnight all was transfered and set up for us. Highly recommend him and PP team 😊

  No Service After the Sale! Feel like a Car Salesman experience...sell you a policy, then when you need assistance, "sorry, not my department" attitude! Made our 1st homeowners claim ever(30 year homeownership) on 6/15, still waiting for "qualified" adjuster to come out to inspect roof, as the 1st adjuster we waited over a month to show was not qualified to look at roofs?!?!? Called agency and got the run around on how they cannot help......8/9...still waiting on adjuster! Glad we didn't get a hole in roof, that might've taken until Christmas to get looked at! Stay away from this one is my advice!
