I had always thought that USAA was the cheapest car insurance but Cody gave me a quote from State Farm that was actually 40 percent cheaper for the exact same policy coverage. With insurance rates skyrocketing nationwide, this was a pleasant surprise. Now, if only he could recommend a good restaurant in Bella Vista Arkansas for me.
