- JSJoey SmithAug 20, 20231.0Do not do Business with Jacob Leake. This guy is the worst agent I have ever had and I regret ever signing up with his agency. I have had nothing but issues with him since day one. 1. A claim was filed incorrectly and they did not pay out on the claim as it was filed wrong. But yet they will not remove it from my record and it prevented me from shopping rates on my homeowners. 2. He had one exclusion on my policy unknown to me and that was for a sump pump. When my sump pump failed I was SOL. He added it after the fact for 5 bucks. 3. My payment has been 292.00 per month and now the balance says 1400 dollars plus. I also told him to call me and take my next payment as he said if its not made by the 20th it would cancel. He never called me back. Why ? Because he is a horrible lazy Sales Rep for Allstate. My login for online no longer works. I called the 800 number and you cant talk to anyone at 10 pm at night. It will not let me make a payment because it says it has been cancelled. This GUY IS A GIANT YOU KNOW WHAT. I will be shopping around and getting rid of this PO@ as soon as possible. I will also be filing a complaint with the state against him and filing a complaint with allstate. Not to mention the BBB. And anywhere else I can leave a review to let the community know to stay away from this CLOWN. Jacob you are a CLOWN BUDDY. Nothing but headaches. Go with Farmers . They might be a little more but you will never be in situations like this with them. Now I have to call around in the morning instead of going to work and get insurance on all my vehicles.
