  I recently contacted the Allstate office of Alyson Sabatini after spending several weeks trying to resolve a state insurance‑verification issue on my own. Office Manager Brian Parker took the time to listen carefully, gather all the necessary details, and make sure the situation was fully understood. He then passed it along to Leigh Ellen, who resolved the issue within minutes. Their teamwork, responsiveness, and genuine care reminded me why Allstate says, “You’re in good hands.” Brian and Leigh Ellen lived up to that promise in every way. Thank you both for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

  Always good to call in or email and be taken care of immediately! We have bought 2 new cars within the last 8 months and Leigh Ellen was able to quote and add insurance quickly and effectively! Any time I have an issue or question, I am taken care of quickly with this agency.

  I would very much like to praise Mr. Sebastian Younts, who helped me with an auto insurance bureaucratic problem today. The Alabama Dept. of Revenue asked for information about auto coverage for my new Chevy Trax, and as an older fellow with no skill at handling such matters, I called Alyson Sabatini's office and spoke with Sebastian. After explaining my problem to Sebastian, he showed saintly patience in putting up with my confusion, and slowly had me explain everything and got from me the information he needed for the Dept. of Revenue. Because I didn't have a clue, this took a good while, but Sebastian waded through my mess, got all the necessary information, sent it to the Dept. of Revenue, and within an hour, Revenue emailed to tell me the matter was taken care of and no more information was needed. What a relief! That was a big weight off my mind, and it was all due to Sebastian's highly skilled and patient manner. He was truly superb and I want to bring his superb performance and kind assistance to your attention. Thank you very much. Marvin David Hoch

  I can't say enough good to explain how good they have treated me regardless of the situation.I can remember a time when I wasn't as nice as I should have been and Leigh Ellen not only worked through it with me but truly cared. I can say with all my heart this entire office has helped me but Leigh Ellen forgave me and did it with the patience and Grace I didn't deserve.
