  The branch may be amazing but the company is not. My payments are $131. When I paid on Feb 5th they took $394. I have called every day and been told it would be 24 hours for a refund that their system glitched. Yesterday I received a “cancellation due to none payment” I called and they said they took that off and said it would be 24 hours for the refund once again. Today I was told it happened to a lot of customers and they do not know when I will be refunded, that some were charged 11 times over their amount. Also that my account still said I was being canceled. All the reps have been extremely rude and will not let me speak to anyone above them.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The process took all of 10-15 mins at the most and was ready to ride with insurance on my new ride
