  Very friendly on helping us get our auto back to Allstate but not happy that they messed up my account after i told them what i wanted and they redone the policy. Upon doing so they took out $610 twice and it has been days without receiving the money back. It has been a frustrating process to say the least

  I got a flyer from the Kemp agency saying that my estimated homeowners insurance would be $449.14. When I called, A) To get the best price it had to be bundled with auto. Nothing about this was mentioned in the flyer. B) The final quoted price was $410 more than what the flyer said. So I wasted 19 minutes of my time responding to a Bait and Switch, unethical flyer that the Kemp Agency sent me. Is Allstate really this desperate? Responding back to Billy's comments: My Credit rating is 813 last I checked. Our home is not yet 4 years old and all brick. You saying that the price sounded good to you proves my point regarding Bait and Switch. Enticing customers with a deal that you can't come close to is textbook Bait and Switch. And you didn't address bundling auto to get the best price was not on the flyer- also unethical. Your office said it was a corporate flyer, you implied it was your flyer. Which is it Billy? I'd like to know so I can file my complaint with the BBB and Insurance Commissioner.

  Allstate under the Kemp Agency was easy to become an Allstate member. Allstate for home ins. and car ins. was the lowest. Thank You Allstate and the Kemp Agency.
