The most concerning issue was discovering that my husband’s motorcycle insurance had been canceled without any notice. No phone call or letter—we only found out by logging into the online portal for proof of insurance for a rental vehicle. Prior to switching, we had contacted a representative about a “risk-free” quote mentioned in a Facebook group. After that initial contact, we were followed up with daily, which eventually led us to switch from annoyance and pressure. Unfortunately, that decision resulted in repeated billing problems and an unexpected policy cancellation. We have carried insurance with a couple companies over the years and have never experienced a cancellation without notice. Due to these issues, we switched back to our previous provider and cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
