- DBDarcy Bone BrooksNov 6, 20235.0I truly can’t explain how amazing Amy Ridgway is. She has helped me with immediate thoroughness each time I have needed her. I was stranded for hours due to getting the runaround from various roadside services and called her as a last resort and realized that I should always call her as my first resort. She called a tow company herself and got them to me quickly. She then sent a follow up email later in the day to check on me. My car required a lot of work and I called her at 450pm, ten minutes before closing, and she was able to push my claim through by the end of the day. I am literally in awe at how easy she made everything. No one makes things easy these days, but Amy did. Every company should have an Amy.
