I finally interrupted to ask her name (Angela) since she was getting my personal information. She seemed to have little to no customer service skills. Angela interrupted me several times and seemed to be detached from the interaction. After we hung up the phone, I thought about the lack of professionalism and this is just getting a quote! I called back and spoke to a gentleman who didn't introduce himself either. I told him my name and to stop the quote based on the previous lack of customer service. He interrupted me and said to call back if I changed my mind then hung up on me. This is a customer based profession and this behavior is very unprofessional. If this is the way one responds during an initial call, what happens if there is a real problem? Needless to say, I won't be associating with their business.
