My truck was in a wreck on December 18th and I felt like I was getting the runaround. We have done multiple calls, multiple recorded statements, been told the claim was being terminated, had the rental car nearly canceled twice and the claims specialist was still yet to contact the body shop after 11 days. We are dealing with holiday closures, but still a huge waste of time. I asked Bethany to get to the bottom of it for me. She said she would be back in touch by the end of the day.
Less than an hour later, she called back, the rental car has been extended, a virtual appointment has been setup at the body shop and the notes of the claim have been updated. Bethany is an all star of customer service, we should have just called her first and we would not be in this mess. Rebekah needs to keep her around, she is fabulous!!!!!!
