I came to this agency in response to their mail-out which suggested that I could save about $700/year on my homeowner's insurance by switching to them. At first I thought, sure.. just something to get my attention and get me to call or come see them and then they'll give me the real rate after I'm in their clutches. I couldn't have been more wrong. I walked into this office one afternoon to check it out. The agent I was paired up with, Alyson Usher, worked up a quote for me in minutes, and the $700/year savings was actually true, in accordance with their advertisement. I have another house, insured by another competitor. While we were at it, I had Alyson to give me a rate on it as well, and it turned out to be roughly half of what I had been paying, and yes, for the same amount of coverage. Finally, we examined my automobile rates and found significant savings there too. Alyson was so thorough and found numerous discounts for which I qualified. Alyson also made many followup calls and texts to give me more information and answer my numerous questions. She's the real deal as far as I'm concerned! I came real close to throwing their mail-out in the trash, dismissing it as another deceptive ad. WHEW !! So glad I didn't
