- CCCynthiaSep 10, 20241.0I’ve never had any issues with this Agent and I’ve been with them for years. My issue was with Allstate Roadside Assistance services. I contacted them at 12am, my family (with small children) and I had a blow out 3 hours away from home. The ETA for the provider Xtreme Towing (Montgomery, Alabama) keep changing (3 hours) and eventually no one ever showed. They didn’t answer any of my calls. Leaving us stuck on the side of the road for over 4 hours before having to call the police for help. The emergency roadside assistance representatives all were no help at all. It’s very frustrating to have services that you pay extra for every month, such as roadside and the services are not rendered. It was by far one of most horrible experiences I’ve ever had to encounter. As a customer, when you think “emergency roadside assistance” you expect such services and unfortunately that was not provided.
