  Shame on you Earnest. I went by to your location yesterday at 10:40AM and the sign on the door stated staff would be back at noon. So I went back to your location around 2pm and it was STILL CLOSED. Funny how your posted business hours are Mon - Fri 9am-5pm. Then you proceed to call A CURRENT CUSTOMER "A BULLY" on a different review for the same issue. It's a shame that you've stooped to a petty level to defend yourself and made false accusations about someone. Maybe take responsibility for false information about business hours instead of berating loyal customers. Because "you've never met them." How could you meet clientele new to the area if your location is CLOSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS? Sounds like you've got a huge chip on your should. And if that's how YOU do business....wow. No thanks.

  False advertising on hours. I came by twice, first time in the morning and had a sign said will return at noon, came back at 1:55pm and still no one here to assist me. Called the number and automated system couldn’t direct me either. I’m just trying to sign documents and confirm my residence and have one day off during the week. I’m in medical field and the hours of operation are not able to meet during work day. Like to add that I’m a new policy holder and called another location and received the assistance. The fact that this person responded by saying I want free services and you never met me, etc, well yeah you never meet me, your office was never open. Never wanted a free service, I am paying customer. I’m not an internet bully, just sounds like someone could not take criticism when they fail on communication. Enjoy the TikTok review.

  Wanted to add another driver for 2 months so could swap cars with daughter. Agent quickly affirmed that we could do this with permission, but without having to update our policy.
