- JMJoAnna MackJan 15, 20261.0I've had such a horrible experience with Carlos Taylor since i've been a client with them. He's very rude and dismissive. When you're asking questions, he's never given me advice to get better coverage. When I look over my policy, I find that there are things that were said haven't been done. It's amazing to read the other reviews on how GREAT of an agent he is, but I haven't had that experience. I left the company I was with for over twenty years based on a recommendation of one of his clients and I haven't had the same type of experience. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
