  Very pleased with the detail and helpfulness ... I would recommend Nikki at Allstate all day, as she was very diligent and made this process super simple and easy. From getting my first policy to adding vehicle, and always attentive, detail oriented.

  The male at this location like to be rude to the elderly and will not call you back. Thanks to his poor customer service, she accepted a better offer with State Farm.

  Seriously, I can't recommend Nikki at Allstate enough for home and auto insurance. She made everything so incredibly easy. Their rates are fantastic, and I really feel like I'm getting great value for my money, which is a huge plus when you're bundling policies. She was super helpful and friendly. It’s such a relief knowing that if anything happens, I can count on her to be there and make the process as smooth as possible.

  I stopped into this location without an appointment and they took no time at all getting me with an agent. Nikki Crotts is incredible! It was my first time purchasing auto insurance. She was patient, kind, and diligent as she explained everything that I was paying for. She found a policy that fit my lifestyle and budget. I was so grateful to find her!

  Terrible, terrible, terrible. I wish there was a 0 star option. Most rude, arrogant and neglecting of customers. I was lied to multiple times and hung up on for no reason.
