  Customer Service Representative Jorji was extremely helpful. I called about 10 minutes before closing while assisting a mutual member, and she was very upbeat and pleasant. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, even though it was near the end of the day. Within just a few minutes, I had everything I needed. It was truly a pleasure working with her. Thank you so much, Jorji, for your kindness and professionalism — especially at the end of the day.

  Amazing service, we have been treated so nicely and fairly for years, this month my daughter turns 16 and we tried the on-line buy process and Jorji has helped us with 2 different lemons we bought and had to add and remove from our insurance in the last week. Now it's time to go the traditional route and go to a car lot. Then we will have to add it as well. They have been awesome through the entire process and have understood and worked with us in this time. Thanks so much to Tracy and Jorji and anyone else involved, thanks so much! We hope to have better luck this weekend. ROLL TIDE!

  Haven't had them long, had to get another insurance bc my previous one was to high. Called around. Georgie (noticed other post spelling is Jorji ss) is the one who helped me and called me back with a quote. They were far lower than any other insurance I've checked thru so I had her set me up. It was a very easy process and Georgie (Jorji) was very wonderful throughout the process and me asking questions. I just called Fri to add my son to my insurance as he just got his license (watch out). She went over the increase what it would be etc without me even having to ask. She stays on top of it and I appreciate her help so much. If you're looking for lower insurance call and see if they can to help you as they have myself!
