For example, my roof needed to be replaced and I needed to have my home repainted. I’ve been putting it off for years, So in order for them to renew my homeowners insurance, some repairs needed to be done. No, it’s not something that a homeowner looks forward to, but like I said it had to be done, so with much stress I had everybody working on the house. It was coming down to the wire, I was getting notifications about my insurance being canceled… I’m not gonna lie I probably left two voicemails crying about it. Tracy was immediate to respond and reassure me that everything was gonna be fine. (Casey too, On a Saturday).
