  James Smith and his team are top notch! I have my homeowners and auto ins with Allstate, they have earned our loyalty and respect over the years by consistently providing excellent service whenever I need them for help on my accts or claim service. My husband, children and I love Allstate and are loyal customers, keep up the good work!

  Worst insurance company ever. "Lost" my insurance coverage. It has taken them 7 months and now they are not covering me. Lawyer has been contacted and I will be sueing. Again WORST agent and company ever.
