    I have been with Chad Hughey State Farm over 17 years. Chad is an amazing person and has an amazing team that works under him. Two of my children that have grown up and got married even use Chad as their insurance agent. We have home, auto, jewelry, etc. all insured with Chad.

    Chris is well informed on his products that State Farm has to offer. He is good at his job and I would recommend to friends and family. I am happy with the quoted price and will be purchasing a auto insurance plan on the first of the month.

    I’m reneging my five star review from March 6, 2026. I wrote a review on Facebook and then I’ll be done. Word-of-mouth goes further. Basically they signed me up, I signed everything. I paid six months for my automobile insurance. My mortgage company was billed and paid right away, Over $2000. That ate my escrow account up. I wasn’t told that my house was going to be inspected. It didn’t really matter because I had no concerns. They decided I had some shingles they wanted replaced. They didn’t call me. That would have been nice. I received a letter, April 7, 2026, stating they were canceling my homeowners as of April 18, 2026. I was shocked. I had a 10 business days notice that State Farm was canceling my homeowners. I was scrambling for Insurance last night at 6:00 PM. I took what I could find right away. She was very nice and helpful. I asked her if there were any “hidden issues“ that I should be made aware of upfront. She assured me there weren’t. If you’re going to do an inspection the client should be notified prior to it being done. Again, I was not worried about it because my house is fine. I was home when he randomly showed up. No warning.There’s a few shingles they wanted replaced. Before they did the inspection, they gave me a policy, I signed it and they drained my escrow account of about $2000. I also paid for six months of automobile insurance. Yesterday I had to pay to start insurance on my car with another company and my escrow account is drained. It hit me in the wallet. I will get the money back but I have to wait. They didn’t wait. That’s a big deal to me. I was very happy the day I left. I’m not so happy today. I had someone come out and look at the shingles last night. He got on the house and went into the attic and he wasn’t concerned.. This is his area of expertise. I trust him much more than pictures that were taken of my roof. This has nothing to do with the young man that helped me when I was in the office. He was incredible.

    We researched online, and left a request for State Farm to contact us, to go over and compare insurance differences between what we had from who we were with, and what State Farm could offer. I had the luck of hearing from a very informative, patiently helpful, Sheri Hookano. She took the time to hear my issues, review what we had, and go over offers and pricing for what we needed. I actually spoke with her several times, over a wk or so(w/ NO pushiness), as I wanted to discuss things with my husband, before making changes. She answered every ins question that I gave her. After all was reviewed and discussed, we made changes from a provider we’d been w/for decades, to State Farm- with a feeling of actual Insurance Security, that we’d not had in many years. Thank You, Sheri! Would definitely send others to her.
