- HWHunter WilliamsonJan 4, 20211.0I am so disappointed with my Allstate experience. I was in a total loss accident, rear ended. The other driver was found to be at fault. The other insurance only covered two weeks of me having a rental car. And at the end of those two weeks they still hadn’t gotten my car paid off. I didn’t have a car or a rental. So I reached out to Allstate to either have the insurance cover more or let me use the rental insurance I PAY for. They wouldn’t do either. Weeks and weeks of arguing with adjuster after adjuster. No use. I pay for extra coverage and the can’t even access it. They’ve been so unhelpful and insensitive. I am completely displeased.
