- PBPaula BanksSep 12, 20221.0If I could use negative stars I would. We have been trying for over a week to speak with the agent. Every time we call the female who answers the phone is very rude. She has hung up on us twice. Today she told us an absolute lie. If James Walker wants to have business turned away daily, he can keep her. If he’s looking to gain more clients, he needs to fire her. Complete lack of professionalism, she hangs up while you are speaking, and now she lies to potential new customers!!! If James Walker would like more details, I would love to provide them!!!!!
