  Kendall in the Gadsden office went above and beyond to help me and my family we were on the verge of leaving and she helped us tremendously and we stayed. I recommend using her in the Gadsden office staff.

  Raven was very helpful even though I was not eligible for one of her policies. I need a commercial policy but she still took the time to help me understand the best route. Great service!

  They cant even get my auto pay set up . It was supposed to be set up when i started my policy , got a letter in the mail saying there was a problem setting it up but there was no issues drafting that first payment out if my account. Anyhow, I called them and got someone who could barely speak English and it was supposedly straightened out until I got another letter in the mail . It wasnt and now I have to go in person and hopefully I can get someone competent enough to fix this . If they cant. i'm going back to State Farm .

  Chaundreta Jackson was very helpful and made my experience with changing my ins from one state to another very pleasant. I recommend talking to her she is the best.
