  Jay was very helpful and took care of everything when we switch our insurance over to him as our other agent left us high and dry… went out of business without even notifying us. He has also been great with claims and giving me the info I needed to get my cracked windshield fixed. Just makes things EASY and I’m all about it!

  Jay Sandlin has been my insurance agent for over 10 years. He has seen my husband and I through all kinds of things that we've dealt with: flooded house, car accident, etc. I'm really thankful he's our agent because I know that he'll help us get through whatever comes next! He is great about updating our policies whenever we have a change and making recommendations for how we can save money. I don't even live in Florence anymore where he's located, and I still kept him as my agent because that's how much I appreciate his services and dedication to his clients.
