- HSHaleigh ScottAug 19, 20251.0I would like to start out by saying this review is not a reflection of Taylor or any of the other people in the office as they are absolutely LOVELY and have been nothing but helpful and wonderful anytime I needed assistance. This review is simply a reflection on the continued premium increases Allstate subjects it's customers to. After my premium increased by 63% I was forced to consider other options as this would have constituted 1/12 of my yearly take home salary just to maintain auto insurance. I was able to get even more coverage with the same replacement and workmanship requirements that I loved about Allstate for 1/3 of the price with another insurance provider. I am deeply saddened to have to leave this office and the wonderful staff as I recognize the staff has no control over the premium costs and that is a company wide decision. I hope Allstate can consider the burden these exorbitant costs place on their working class customers because at what point does it stop being an increase for service costs and start being an increase to satisfy CEO greed?
