    Great staff - very professional and helpful. I've used a couple of the cut rate insurance companies in the past, and trust me, when you need to use your insurance, you're going to want an agent - and these folks were fantastic.

    Don't bother with contacting through email. They either ignore it or will reply one time only and don't expect them to actually follow through with what they said they'd do. I asked repeatedly to have a driver and vehicle removed, since for some ridiculous reason Allstate requires that they do the removing and not a simple removal on their app. For months I have been paying for 3 vehicles, when I only need 2 covered. I requested a refund that goes towards my monthly payments for the coverage I canceled months ago and was ignored. Do not use Russ. He doesn't answer his emails. Not everyone is available during his 9-5pm job hours. Some of us work longer hours and prefer email or using the actual app to cancel coverage, which so many other insurance companies allow! I gave three stars instead of one only because Allstate isn't a bad insurance company. Russ is only worth one star...if that.
