I had shopped around and found this agent, Sandy, to be most helpful. She found me the best insurance available at an excellent cost. After I moved to Decatur, I had some personal needs and the employees at the Allstate office both helped me and gave me guidance in how to proceed to accomplish the best end results. I am very pleased and appreciative of the service I have received from Allstate.
- LPLowang ProductionsDec 16, 20173.0Overall it's a good agent. However , I had told the Agent that this house is under major renovation. Someone came out and did an inspection. They noted that the siding needed the be replaced and painted which is what I was doing at the time. I was sent a letter that the policy would be cancelled by a given date if it wasn't repaired. I had it repaired by the date and informed the Agent. I even sent photos . About a week later I was notified that my policy was cancelled. I had to contact the Agent to get it straightened out. Seems like a lack of communication between the underwriters and the Agent.
