- JOJ OApr 4, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Never there when you need them and by that I mean they refuse to pick up the phone between 9:00am-5:00pm (the bare minimum) and do not know how to email. I would avoid this insurance agent at all costs!!!

- TGTerri GoodwinJul 3, 20243.0I personally think that insurance is to high. We pay this high price and don't use it but if you happen to have to use the insurance you bump it up even higher. Low income families have a hard time just trying to survive then insurance companies try to charge more just because they know people have to have insurance.
